ENQUIRIES & WAITING LIST · 20 OCTOBER 2026

Your details,
handled thoughtfully.

Who is responsible?

GRADEHOUSE Tuition is responsible for the enquiry information you provide. Contact enquiries@gradehousetuition.co.uk with privacy questions or requests.

What the form collects

Your name, email address, phone number, your child’s school year and GCSE tier, chosen subjects, best time to call, availability and tuition preferences. It also records your adult confirmation, contact consent, submission time and the version of this notice. We obtain these details directly from you.

Please do not provide your child’s name, school, date of birth, health information or other sensitive details at this enquiry stage.

Why we use it

We use your consent to respond to your chosen request, discuss suitable tuition and, if you joined the waiting list, contact you about relevant in-person groups. Your details are not used for an unrelated marketing mailing list.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. This does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. If you withdraw, we will stop using your details for these purposes and remove your enquiry unless there is a separate lawful reason to retain it.

Where information goes

Form submissions are stored in the website’s hosted database, accessible through the business’s authorised website management tools. Website infrastructure is provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Resend processes the automatic acknowledgement and business notification emails, while Namecheap Private Email provides our business mailbox. These providers may process information in locations outside the UK under their applicable data-protection terms.

We do not sell enquiry details. There is no public list of parents or pupils, and the website does not make automated enrolment decisions.

How long we keep it

Our proposed enquiry retention period is six months from your last contact, unless you choose to remain on the waiting list or proceed to enrolment. Enquiries will be reviewed and removed when no longer needed. Enrolled families will receive information about the records required for tuition before lessons begin.

Website security and cookies

The form uses short-lived, hashed request information to limit repeated submissions. Raw IP addresses are not written to the enquiry database. Hosting providers may keep technical logs for site delivery and security, under their own policies.

We have not added advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The hosting service may use necessary cookies for site delivery and security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent, or request restrictions or portability where applicable. Email the address above so we can help. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
